Deaf Table Tennis National Team player Garip Olcaş separates off from his teammates with his one feature. Garip represents Turkey in teams of both the Deaf and intellectually disabled.

Garip Olcaş, 24, has been playing table tennis professionally for 12 years. Garip won the Inas World Table Tennis Championships as a team in 2013 in Hong Kong. In Deaf World Championships organized in Samsun in 2016, he won the 3rd place in the individual. Garip Olcaş will compete in Turkey's Table Tennis Team at 23rd Summer Deaflympics this year.

Head coach of the Turkish Deaf Table Tennis Team Gülten Kartoğlu indicates that Garip is a very successful and ambitious athlete and added: "Garip is a very successful and ambitious athlete Table Tennis National Team Başantrenörü Gültekin Kartoğlu, "Garip is very cheerful, debonair, and very ambitious. He's hard-working. He really wants to get a medal. He is an athlete who will raise our flag and bring us medals. We believe him and our other national athletes in Deaflympics for good."
